At Jaipur Home Services, we value our customers and aim to provide reliable and professional home services. Please read the following cancellation and refund terms carefully.
1. Advance Booking Amount
All advance payments made to confirm a service booking are non-refundable when the cancellation is initiated by the customer.
The advance amount will not be refunded in cases where the customer:
* Changes their mind.
* Cancels the service after booking.
* Is unavailable at the scheduled time.
* Fails to provide access to the property.
* Requests cancellation after the professional has started travelling to the location or has arrived.
2. Cancellation by Jaipur Home Services
If Jaipur Home Services cancels a confirmed booking due to a reason attributable to the company, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled service will be refunded to the customer.
3. Cancellation After Professional Arrival
If the customer cancels the service after the professional has reached the property, the advance booking amount remains non-refundable. Additional visit or cancellation charges may also apply depending on the circumstances.
4. Service Quality Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a cleaning service, please contact us within 24–48 hours of service completion.
Where applicable, Jaipur Home Services may provide a free re-cleaning or corrective service for the specific area or issue reported.
5. Refund After Re-Cleaning
If the customer remains dissatisfied after a reasonable re-cleaning, the complaint may be reviewed by our team. Depending on the nature of the issue and verification, a refund or another appropriate resolution may be considered.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days. The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or payment provider.
